BARBARA'S DAILY BUZZFLASH MINUTE

Another façade that bites the dust, George Bush can kiss “compassionate conservative” good-bye!  Endorsing the radical right-wingnut blog Redstate and fundamentally supporting the “swift-boating” of a 12 year old boy certainly gives the whole world a true picture of just how George Bush and his administration really do not possess an iota, not even a scintilla, of compassion!  George Bush is and the radical Repuglicans are a despicable bunch of scandal mongers spreading dishonesty and lies wherever they go!!!

Aww, now ain’t that just too bad: “Congressional GOP: 'We are not happy.'”  If the Repuglicans were supporting the people of America instead of their own personal corrupt power and greed interests, then America could finally get back to being America!

“Al-Qaeda In Iraq Reported Crippled.”  Ah, yes, as my grandmother used to say, “the road to hell is paved with good intentions and pipe dreams”!

Though hardly redeemable and a whole lot late in coming, Retired Lieutenant General Ricardo Sanchez now feels free to tell the truth, to give an accurate picture of Bush’s war in Iraq! And that begins an all-out smear campaign with Lindsay Graham and John McCain leading the pack of Repuglican politicians out and about doing their very best imitation of SwiftBoaters trashing the messenger! “ROESGEN: 'A nightmare with no end in sight.' That is the Iraq war according to the former top coalition commander in Iraq, retired Lieutenant General Ricardo Sanchez, he made his remarks this week blunt critique that's starting to get some blunt reaction from Republicans in Washington ... RICARDO SANCHEZ: America is living a nightmare with no end in sight.”

They couldn’t have used a better word to describe the guys and gals sitting in the proverbial “cat birds seat” in the Federal Government these days!  “ACTING.” Yes, they do act like they know what they’re doing when in fact they are just, yes, sir, boss, figure heads, that do the bidding of George W. Bush and Dick Cheney!!!  And some still wonder why the government is so screwed up!!!

The real tragedy here is that Bush has a fortified bunker, a retreat to keep him safe, to nurture his delusions, to bolster his ego as he fritters away his tenure, while our soldiers are facing real injury and death from bombs and bullets, in a war that never should have been!!!

Paradoxically, what do you get when you combine PNAC’s report for “Rebuilding America’s Defenses” with George Bush and Dick Cheney’s desire for world domination? Sadly for all of us, the modern day “Rise and Fall of the Third Reich,” that’s what!!!!
