BARBARA'S DAILY BUZZFLASH MINUTE

"The same old Washington politics won't fix our problems. We need honest answers... And a president we can trust." Do you really want 4 more years of "swift-boating", scandal and smear, bogus information and investigation like America's been subjected too for the last 16 years? Do you really want more of the same? Bullying and negativity does not equal tough, it's just mean spirited, psychological mumbo jumbo, constant bickering, and Washington politics as usual!

We've had almost 8 years of a "good ole boy" destroying the American government! 8 years of chaos and confusion, secrecy and lies, disasters too numerous to mention, illegal preemptive war resulting in death and destruction! We cannot survive another 4-8 years of the same! And since Hillary has cast her lot with John McCain in every way possible, from war to gasoline prices, it would be safer for us to assume neither McCain nor HRC would be the better choice for America's future! It's time to leave Washington's politics as usual in the past, it's time for a change, it's time to hope, and it's time for Barack Obama!

"McCain's Preacher Pal Calls Catholic Church the 'Great Whore' -- Where's the Outrage?" It goes to prove bias and bigotry is alive and well in mainstream corporate media! Why have we not been inundated with 30-second sound bites of the disgusting remarks made by Rev. John Hagee, regarding the Catholic Church and all the other "hate speeches" he's made, played over and over again? The media's bias is repulsive, and the bigotry is unacceptable!

"Can you believe this Rev. Wright guy? Can you believe this guy?"

Can you believe it? My, my, my -- look who came to the aid of a president when that president needed support! The Rev. Wright was good enough for Bill and Hill Clinton when they needed his support! How quickly the Clintons forget!

Hmm, "Clinton In 2005: 'I Agree With McCain' On Long-Term Iraq Presence". And now, "Senator Clinton...saying she would begin withdrawing troops from Iraq within 60 days of taking office, should she win." Conviction, political convenience, or flip-flop??? It's impossible to trust such blatantly conflicting opinions!

This says it all, if anyone is still wondering where the "swift-boating" attacks came from: "Last December, when I first learned via Clinton insiders that their "oppo" package would include Barack Obama's associations with fiery black preacher Jeremiah Wright and Vietnam War-era radical William Ayers, I shrugged at what sounded to me like sub-standard fare from the dark side of American politics.... Clinton insiders were plotting how to exploit Obama's past... they even were hashing over how they might slip in suggestions that Obama's dead mother had been a leftist. (When I heard the "oppo" about the dead mother, I really couldn't believe my ears.)"

Those Clintons

sure aren't very good at this stuff. According to the linked article, it was "last December" that they were going to exploit the Reverend Wright controversy. It took them until late March, early April to get going on it? Wouldn't it have been a lot more effective to start on the stuff earlier? And according to Wright himself, it was Obama himself who told him not to give an invocation at his presidential announcement over a year ago, because Obama said your sermons can get "pretty rough". And no one from the Clinton campaign had to send those "native garb" pictures "around", because they had already appeared in at least two tabloids and been all over the net for months. Obama also said that his involving the indicted Tony Resko in the purchase of his home was a "bone headed move", because he knew Resko was under investigation at the time. But this is typical of a lot of Obama supporters. If something appears in the media, it's always the "Clintons dun it".
