For the past year, as the impeachable crimes of President Bush and Vice President Cheney have mounted, Democratic members of Congress have scrambled to present a whole array of explanations for why they can't support impeachment.

by Linda Milazzo

During the 2006 midterm election, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi proclaimed to the nation and the world, that the impeachment of George W. Bush and Dick Cheney was "off the table." At that time the statement seemed more a campaign ploy than an actual policy. Those who honored the Constitution as the law of the land clearly understood that the Constitution, in whole or in part, could not arbitrarily be suspended. Therefore, it was inconceivable that Mrs. Pelosi would interject political ideology for Constitutional law and indiscriminately suspend Article 1, Section 2 of the Constitution. To do so would be a categorical abuse of power, and as impeachable an offense as the abuses of power committed by George W. Bush and Dick Cheney.

Ilona Meagher Is Taking a Stand for Our Vets

I'm not going to wait for President Bush to discuss this issue, or to come on TV and have a public service push to support our troops and military families who are dealing with re-integration problems. I don't think that's ever going to happen. I wish it would, but you do see now that both sides of the aisle are now looking at the issue. And they have to make changes and look at it seriously, because their constituents aren't going to tolerate anything less.

Ugh, messy and I doubt appreciated through the mail, but there are other ways to implant ballsiness into our members of Congress. Yes, why not give a big blow out party, (they all love parties with food) and invite all of the members of Congress, and only the members of Congress, including the Republicans ... to a Barbecue with some good ole Rocky Mountain oysters. Then it's "balls to the walls."

Last week, we were watching the original "Godfather" film on cable television, and – being BuzzFlash – we couldn’t keep our head from popping with political analogies.

"Cheney on Trip to Ashcroft's Hospital Bedside: 'I Don't Recall.'" They better rethink their position on stem-cell research, chances are they're going to need it! George Bush, Dick Cheney, Alberto Gonzales, and the rest of this administration to include Congressional Repuglicans, seem to have a real problem with "memory"! This could be indicative of early Alzheimer's and may require medical treatment in the future!!

There is absolutely no risk, he
Left the hospital striding briskly.

There is nothing new here to learn;
Spokesmen say no cause for concern.

The Chief Justice's seizure was benign
He's now out of danger and feeling fine.
