Researchers at the New York University School of Law analyzed the information available to the Trump administration through January, February and March and compared it with what Trump officials said, from Trump himself to Pence to Anthony Fauci. What they found was a clear pattern of covering up how severe the coming crisis was, which, of course, made it worse.

This administration has the blood of more Americans on his hands then died in the Vietnam war, while countries that took it seriously have it under control with minimum deaths. As Trump’s speechwriter wrote for his acceptance speech at the RNC in 2016: “The most basic duty of government is to defend the lives of its own citizens. Any government that fails to do so is unworthy to lead.“ Trump has failed his own test, and the Republicans in the Senate who voted to keep him in office have blood on their hands, too.

Time to vote all the bums out.
